It is all about the basics and regular practice, in the daily routine repetitive life. I am sharing & offering the spiritual practices with the real-life experiences and examples, yog-sadhana, with the necessary discipline, dedication & devotion.
Nothing seems to change in the daily life, but when you look back everything looks different. Every day is special & significant. Therefore, it is important to take small steps every day for spiritual and self-growth & development. Every day we learn to empty ourselves with Dincharya discipline, to connect with the energy of the Sun-Moon, and to absorb pure energy of the 5 fundamental elements of life.
Astrology
Astrology is the science of universe. It is the mathematical rules & formulas of life. There is no such thing as coincidence in life, nothing happens by chance, because everything & everyone in the universe is just a function of time & space. Astrology is the science of time, space, and direction, the study of day and night, the stars, and the sky. Change is the fundamental rule of life, but the changes in life do not happen randomly, it is connected to the energy & movement of the stars and the sky.
We must learn about the basic points of our birth- chart and the time-period of life, to recognise and accept our weaknesses, and to know and improve the abilities & capabilities. It is useful-helpful to understand the different aspects of life, and the individual personality and perception of life.
Yoga-Meditation
I wish & pray to know it, until then, I just do the practice. I am sharing the journey of learning & practice of yoga and everything that I learn in the journey. So far, in my experience, it is the feeling of being settled within, when there is no disturbance-within that is forceful or compulsive enough to make-us to get-up and go, it is simply the feeling of nothingness and emptiness within.
It is the combined practice, and the balance between the body & breath, thoughts & emotions, and it cleans-clears all the garbage, unnecessary impressions, or accumulation of the body & mind, thoughts & emotions.
My life & belief in 2 lines... an astrologer and spiritual seeker...
I know that I know nothing,
I can do nothing, I have nothing, and I want nothing...
that, only with humane sense is sensible, science & spiritual.
I am foolish like love, and as foolish as it can be.
I have my own limitations, and the language has its own limitations,
by words, meanings, and interpretations,
but I am doing my best to share & express the experiences.
What you are searching & seeking, it is searching & seeking you.
So, there is no need to chase anything or anyone.
Learn to accept & appreciate, what you have and what you receive.
Strive to improve every day, take small steps, and try to make it better every day.
The truth and reality of life are not secret, it is hidden in the obvious.
So, do not ignore the obvious, just pay attention to the simple rules & reality of life.
If you know it, then you know it; if you do not know, then you will never know.
Those who do not understand, they will never understand.
The more you explain, the more you need to explain.
So, there is no need to discuss or debate, do not waste life on creating compulsions.
Silence & Stillness, work & speak, for & by, itself, just give it sufficient time.
Do, what is to be done, also, not to do, what is not necessary to do.
It can save a lot of time, energy, and resources.
Life is precious, because it is limited.
Be Yourself. Be Honest with Yourself.
Explore, Discover and Surprise Yourself. Be Spiritual.
Life is inter-connected and inter-dependent on many levels.

My Story
Dear friends,
My name is Ravi Kumar. I am not a spiritual leader or enlightened human being. I am not a teacher or preacher of any theory or philosophy. I am not a Vedic scholar. I do not know classical texts of astrology. I do not claim to have any secret knowledge, no Kundalini awakening, and no power of any mantra, tantra or yantra. The spiritual program ‘RAVIYOG’ is not about me but it is entirely based on the real-life experiences and the living reality of my life.
Spiritual Sadhana - Karma & Dharma
I am an astrologer & spiritual seeker. The very source of everything that I know and whatever I do, it is the spiritual sadhana. It is very clear, an absolute realization, that I am nothing & nobody, so I work with absolutely-no self- interest or self-importance. I am truly grateful to God or Universe or Mother Nature for the blessings and for everything I have been able to achieve from nothing, also, to be able to share and serve others, with whatever I have learned & earned.
Spiritual Journey of My Life
It is very special letter and blog, sharing & expressing the thoughts & emotions about life, and the life experiences. Logically, it is not an intelligent thing to do, exposing myself to hurt. It can go wrong in many ways, or it may go right beyond imagination, because we live in a funny world – it is very cruel & ugly, or it may be very loving, kind, and beautiful.
It is an effort to write down about the most obvious and simple things of life, some general points about the truth & reality of life – People, Society & System. We know very well that it can create all kinds of challenges for myself, but it is an essential part of the spiritual-yoga program, and therefore, it must be done, because it can also create so many wonderful possibilities for everyone.
Spiritual Family & Future Generations
Dear daughter, if not for you, I would not know how to live, and while you are away, I am doing everything to prepare the spiritual yoga program, collecting & creating everything that I wish & pray for you to know and experience, so that you will have a good life. The last 4-5 years has been all about it, I live only with this one thought, how to make it so big & beautiful, the best I can provide, share & support to grow the genius within you, and you get the best to evolve higher than me.
So far, a lot of baggage or garbage is cleared from my past, then started from scratch, and lot of work in progress to create something for the future, but I feel and I know that I need to hurry up, papa is running out of time as you grow up so fast.
‘The measure of your growth,
Is a truth you will have to face.’
It is an advertisement and reminder about the rules of life, and I think that it is important to make these important lessons of life, more visible everywhere. For me, it is over already, sometimes I feel that, not much of love or commitment is left within me to do anything, but may be if I did not have you, then I would not be the same for this kind of work.
I wish & pray to make it happen…whatever I am trying to accomplish and establish, it cannot be a side-business, my life is all about it. Also, spiritual-life and awareness cannot be a side-thing to learn & practice, it is the most important part of life to realize the true meaning, purpose, and fulfilment in life. Nothing else or extra to do, just to know it consciously and the natural intelligence working within you, it will guide you on the right spiritual-path & progress.
